Description

I took Anders suggestion and worked on the lighting, I've stayed away from HDRI because of the long render times. Took the suggestion and I am very pleased with the results. FYI: 41 minutes on a DP G4.

This is a wonderful example of how close to reality renders are coming. The least convincing, to my eye anyway, is the donut.

Almost looks realistic. I like it. Just one suggestoin. Can you increase the bumpiness on the chocolate. Just a little and increase the surface bumpyness of the doughnut just a little too. Seems to round and too smooth. Just a thought to make it picture perfect.

what a difference HDRI makes! once you try it it's very hard to go back, if you can handle the render times.I haven't used a 'normal' light for months.keep up the good work.

Great work, the modeling and textures are perfect and realistic. Only one thing - maybe there could be some milk drops and crumbs on the table.

Great craftmanship on the items but the lighting is still a bit dull... Well, to my likings.

Very well done. I get the same little artifacts inside the cup just above the edge of the coffee. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Also, bread products are VERY difficult to do in 3D - great job.
