Wonderful render, and welcome to Renderosity. There are two things I can suggest. Firstly, the bubbles look too much like circles just drawn on. I think you could improve them. Also, for the most part, I would suggest using 200x150, or something similar to that for the thumbnail, as more people will look in if the thumb is bigger. You seem to have a very good understanding of Lightwave though, great work

hi. Tx for the comments. Well, the bubbles aren't circles drawn on...they are volumetric, but yeah they look like they were drawn on. I'll look into that. And everything is 3d done in lightwave. The water is just a subdvided plane and some displacement...and a texture that took me some time to create, but it has no plugins...all it's lightwave.

this is an excellent example of what lightwave can do on its own. i have been trying to do caustic lighting like that but to no avail. do you have a tutorial for this scene if so send it to andrew@osano.com
