He's harder to get to see now than when he was just an actor... he nearly hit me with his Humvee outside of a restaurant in Burbank once...he waved apologetically.

I don't know if it's just me, but it looks more like a sanctuary or tomb than it looks like an office!

I THINK THE GOVERNOT'S OFFICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON THIS SIDE OF THE HALLWAY HEWEE OR UNLESS THEY MOVED IT ACROSS THE HALLWAY.

kuvelis, I was meaning that most of the places in the older State Capitol are not used anymore and they are for show only. They are roped off and you can only see the rooms from the hallway. I was lucky one day and went tru there when this one old man was doing the tours and it was early and only a couple of us were there. It was great because he let us into all the rooms and told us so much about everything that was in each room and would pick things up and tell us about it etc. He was great because he knew so very much and lived most of the history he was telling us about. It was great because it took a couple hours where another time I went it was about 20 min on the same tour so it was nice being there that one time that old man took he time with us to really give us a great tour and lots of history. I think most of the was re done to the way it was in 1906. Funny looking because you see the cords coming down from the ceiling for the light because they were still the old gas lamp that were changed over to elec. lights and they would run a cord down to desktop lights. It old Gover's office is a 3 room office you can see a virtual tour of at the above link.

Think the Gov might have a few tips for that Trooper on how to lose the spare tire?
