Description

Here is the 3rd in a series of sunrise photos taken from behind my house. Sorry for it being the same spot every time, but I'm not THAT motivated to go hunting for a location at 6:30 in the morning. Besides, I have to get ready for work... Anyway, I'd like to dedicate this photo to jcv2, who's recent "Calming Down" series I enjoyed very much, as much as for the thought expressed as for his great photos. Hopefully, like the duck on the lake, he will find stillness of soul in this sky painted by mother nature. Thanks for viewing! Olympus C-3030z

I want your back yard..lol That is a lot of rich color for a sunrise. The duck makes it look peacful. I can here the sounds of crickets and smell the dew on the ground. Beautiful photo.

Oh Kort, you touched me right in my heart! sigh Sunsets are very beautiful, but sunrises show the serene beauty of nature after the dark night. You must live on a great location with these three sky shots close to your house! I'm verrry grateful for this touching dedication! vote
