Otherwise known as..Does this oil paint make me look fat?

When I was dawdling around..as is my wont... I made this curious picture. It reminds me of those old paintings of lords and ladies from eons ago. There are a great number of them..a good many american presidents in painting form..who look a wee bit like this. Sullen. Dark. Intimidating. It has about the same feeling as Mona lisa.. As in..you wonder what crawled up his leg to make him so sour looking. (Perhaps it was a tarantula with one eye!...hehehe..)
Or maybe it was just bad tacos.
Either way, I like that this photo resembles that. Dont I look horrid!

I think what really makes this Old Masters..is the nose. Its huge, shadowey..and nosey.

noses always look less nosey from further away...I love the tone, though...and I can't help but enjoy the sense of power and melancholy. (why does everyone ask you to smile?)

Nose = not huge. LOL!! Wonderful image, Ana! I've always had an interest in that sorta old-fashioned thing, makes me feel young! Well...em, younger...lol!! ^_^

This one looks like what you get when you look through a keyhole and someone is coming up close on the other side of the door! eeeek.
