Who sat here? Who sat in this broken light?
Is this place a sanctuary for broken souls? Or a trainstation for lost memories?
The ghost sat there and realized that every broken piece of his life was there, near him, around him. The he started to sing this old song... and a great smile lighted up his face. :-)

I can envision the souls that have past this way, how true your words ring. So many broken things all around in this picture for all the broken souls that occupied them. Very powerful image with a huge dose of reality. Excellent!

looks like my living room. is there a live cam ? are you working for the CIA ? as i was young there was a many Hippie Communes who looked exact as this scene,too. i know it, i was there .!!!!!!!! #:O) !!!!!!!!!!!!

what to say? I like your way to see things that are so introspective most of the times(and I'm not talking about "Sensual Mood" series, although...:))...real life ,after all,with all the good and bad things is simply LIFE,and I rather prefer to post photos from reality than pin-ups..Anyway, too many words are boring..So, a great shot, but...my estetic feeling says that the pic is too centered, and the eye goes exactly in the center instead to see the hole scene in order to be driven to the interest point...[Maybe my english is not so good to tell what a hell did I meant,but I hope you understand idea]:)

The picture is excellent, lighting, mood and composition. The sordid side of life minimally ordered by centering the sofa in the image. I also love the poem that accompanies it. Didn't you mean it to be a poem? The title mystifies me: Broken 4. Four what? I don't really need to know, the mystery goes well with the photograph. V

I like this place...would like to explore it. guess i just feel comfortable in broken places. Anyway, there's something about this image i like a lot other than that comfort level i feel. the lighting is inviting. it's a place of hope to me.
