Description

Hi all! Just finished a very tough but fun year in school wich gave me hardly any time to play with cinema, but now it's finally vacacions and some time over to do some modeling again =). I had this models expresion in my mind for a while and thought it could be a fun to start again with modelling some charcter that expression it. It also gave me a chance to finally really test Mesh Surgery wich truelly is a fantastic tool. Magnus

A perfect way to sum up a tough school year! Excellent modeling! I like the default texture on this... fits in with the mood of the piece.

Thanks all! Sorry, no textures I've almost given that up, don't enjoy it at all. And I have so much fun just pulling points and edges and see what it becomes, so for most of my private work I will be focusing on just modeling =).
@ Perry6: I was very happy to read your comment, cause I tried hard to build the the mood in the picture so that it would work even without textures or maybe even better.
@ cartesius: Happy to see that you liked the slippers Anders!, gave me a smile myself when I first thought about them=)

Really magnificent modelling there Magnus. The fact that he's not textured should not matter as the pose, POV, and that facial expression really makes the scene effective. Congrats and good to see your back!

This is so good!! not only the expression, the clothes, the lights, the shadows!! I really like it like that... some texture... i dont know maybe is better without! thats my opinion!!
