Funny how the most annoying of insects can have such a beautiful irridescent shell for a body... he picked a lovely resting spot on the pink & orange orchids... beautiful Louis! :]

experimenting with macro... it's difficult to get the focus just right with such a narrow dof... the stamen being the point of focus but the fly's color really stands out too :]

A real spa as the morning glow warms and the bee can find not just food but the means to sustain it's queen.

tr joli cette petite mouche perdu au milieu de toute cette resplendissante couleur et je suis d'accord avec Jcv2, propos du fait que la focale n'est pas sur la mouche, c'est vraiment une bonne id. V
