Creepy :) Stuff that can give kids nightmares. For some reason, Stephen King's "IT" pops into my head. "Want a balloon?" The chin looks a little less textured than the rest of the face and I would smooth out the textures between the face paint and the upper lip..maybe a little too crisp...something this evil wouldn't primp too much :)

"Do they float" "Oh Yes They Float And Once You Are Here With Us You Will Float Too" Stephen King was right, clowns are monsters. Cool expression but that black lines over the eyes could be more like make up not spray up.
