the pigeons are especially fun--I can't tell if they are stone or real--they are too perfectly posed for live pigeons, but what madman would carve pigeons over a door?

Oh yes!! Great shot!!! It reminds me of Malta for some reason! o_O Don't ask!! Love the soft blue pastel color of the wall and that street lamp is beautiful and reminds me of the old Paris! Fantastic work my dear! :)

Ah Warsaw! But don't we all get that old town blues?. Probably because we love her so much!. I agree with Tibet above (not Maltese looking though)as it could be Belgium, Italy, France.... Great atmospheric shot

Oooooh, thank you dear niece for this delectable eye pleaser:) It is unusual to see the town painted blue, as I've heard through the grapvine, when YOU party, the town gets painted red;) A fabulous mood, though and a peeping window for Ale to aspire to;)
