Looks like a photo. Great render. Pool tables are well lit though. You may want to try turning up the lights a bit.

It's a pretty simple material: Dark green color Diffusion: Blistered turbulence noise with a global scale of 78%, mix mode normal at 9%. Bump: a layer with poxo noise on the bottom, displaced voronoi with a global scale 6% on top. Mix mode normal for both, 11% for voronoi. bump strength is at 23%. Illumination: Oren-nayar model with a roughness of 83%.
