Description

Tina had been homeless for sometime, wondering why her parents left her. She didn't have friends. Most laughed at her because her clothes were kinda shabby, all but Teika. She loved coming here and sitting with him, and he liked it too. It made her feel better, but she had to wonder that even though she was free and he was not, that they were both trapped in fate's grasp. Thanks for looking and supporting my work as always. Comments Welcome VuePro/Poser 4/LW/Painter/Photoshop The scene was assembled and rendered in Broadcast mode of VuePro, which took 8 hours to render (4-1/2 of which was anti-aliasing which makes no sense to me). It was all created as one scene which was driving me crazy on how to get the water in the back and not in the front. Even though it does have some other program elements in it, I wanted to post it here because I was particularly proud of the effects that I was able to get from the Vue renderer. I hope you don't mind. Postwork was done on the hair, clothes, and just a touch on the image to correct some post render things I saw that didn't warrant another 8 hours to try it again. :) Credits: Image, Concept, Clothes, Hair, Lighting, FX, Pillars by ShadowWind The Wonderful Orcas once again by MoonRose in FreeStuff Tina played by MilKids from Daz with Nanni texture from Zrincx Rest from the Vue Library Note: I am involved in several new projects both in and outside of 3D, so time has been terribly short. I do wish I could get to all of your works, but I will try very hard to catch them when I can and hope you'll forgive me on the ones that I miss.

Excellent setup and lightning. I also like the story behind this image. However I always become kind of sad to see orcas and dolphins in a basin instead of swimming in the open sea. Anyway it's very nice image that you created - well done! :)

I totally agree with TheWingedOne, but, at least the girl and the orca got one another as friends. I don't know why they call them "killer whales" - just because they hunt fish?! bad name for incredibly gentle beings. Beautiful picture, my friend :)

Absolutely beautiful! Such a touching story. I read the story while the image was loading and when the image was done, my heart did a flip. So sad, but also so wonderful. Hugs!

Very touchy indeed - and excellently executed. It is sooo nice to have a story behind an image. Especially a story like that. Very very well done!

Extremely well done! :o) You've really pulled the aquarium effect off very, very well. And, a very good storyline to go with the image.

Your lighting in the aquarium is absolutely stunning in this pic. I think if I had tried to render that water on my comp it would have died on me LOL. Love the textures too. Top stuff mate!
