Description

She is the beautiful poison... This was my first fantasy-oriented portrait, done last November. It's been fixed & parts repainted so many times now - I made some changed to the eyes just this morning too. I can't seem to leave my old images alone. Ref used for neck/chest. The sparkly things were a happy brush accident. Not sure if I still like this, smells too much of Linda Bergkvist's work... PS7, Painter Classic.

It's great. I'd put the background more blurry... the eye can't focus on the image.. or maybe other colors for background, thou I understand you awnt it to be neutral. Mabe it's just my eyes... who knows. It's almost 5a.m here.

I love the colors and style of illustration. I think the background is great. Personally I am never happy with any of my work. I just have learned to leave it alone when it tells me it is done. Yes I am crazy and my art talks too me..lol joke.. really it is.. Just leave it as it is. You have created a beautiful piece of art here. Now go make more!

Beautiful and Enchanting. I like the muted tones you have used. Sometimes less is more :o) What a lovely accident the sparkles are the perfect touch of magic. You have developed your own unique style (so don't worry about Bergkvist),your doing your own thing.

This is simply...perfect. The eyes are mesmerising. And the hair in nearly tangible. You have an immense talent.

A fine piece of work. I note that without the sparkly thingies and the necklace this goes very close to gothic. Interesting.

Very nice...about constant repaint of images, true artist never says his artwork is finished. Only problem is to know when to stop - to not to over-do...

Well, whether you like it or not, it impresses me! I don't think I'd feel worthy of making criticism of this ;-) The rendering style has a very fresh pure feel to me and again your use of colour is spot on.
