I love WWII History and very familiar with the battle of Midway. You should to one about Torpedo 8, thats if you can find the TBD Devestator Torpedo Plane. Not very popular planes ;) The SBD had a crew of 2. What happened to the gunner? :(

The gunner must have ditched the plane first, but I wonder if he remembered to bring his chutes! Hey, I'm thinking of doing the TBD Avenger which is another famous aircraft during the Battle of Midway. Thanks for your comments.

Great concept. The angle seems a little strange to me and I was wondering if the pilot should be in foreground with the plane falling away from him. I'd also try more motion blur on the plane and its prop. Nice use of particles. VH
