This too is from my 'early collection'. It began as a drawing. What I wanted was to reproduce some brass rubbings from tombs in Europe, but put a little feminine 'twist' onto it. I wanted the image to have a two dimensional feel to it, but also give the impression of three dimensions ~ so it has almost a cartoony feel with truer textures. The edges are all choppy from being tossed from background to background for so many applications, but in the end, I kinda like this image. I used pencil, and I think this one actually originated on Aldus Photostyler... before I ever even got Photoshop.
