Description

Neela lunged at the creature to draw its attention away from Sharra, who quickly tried to scramble to her feet. The creature was very quick, and easily dodged Neela's blades. Its head constantly bobbed and tilted keeping its eyes on its prey and on the new threat. A flurry of hands made one more attempt to pin Sharra to the ground, but Neelas blade glanced off one of its hands. The creature let out a hiss and turned more of its attention to the woman with the pair of large swords. Nightsong approached quietly from the rear keeping behind the pillars until the last moment. She removed one of her spinning blades from her bracer and let it fly at the creature, hoping her mark was true. Luckily the creatures head remained still and the blade buried itself deeply in one of the creatures eye's. The thing howled in pain and one of its hands quickly removed the blade from its torn eye dropping it to the ground. Sharra slashed at a groping hand that tried one more attempt to seize her and bit deep into the hands flesh cutting tendon and and bone. Neela too pressed her attack trying to land a few blows on the creatures body, but its darting hands moved quickly to deflect the incoming blades. Hurt, partially blinded, and finding itself surrounded by threats the creature withdrew to wall of the old monestary keeping its good eye towards its attackers. The three women pressed in as close as possible keeping the creature off balance and on the defensive. It scurried along backwards along the wall until it reached a large mass of webs that draped in from a hole in the ceiling. It gave another hiss of dissatisfaction before turning and leaping up the webbing and through the roof. ** Thank you for viewing and all the wonderful comments. I really appreciate it. **
