Description

Who will I share my food with, who will come running when the spoon clinks the glass... Who will beg for the Cheese....the root bear floats, french fries, and pig skins? No one.... You've gone far away my "Sweet Prince". I may never see those golden eyes, that side cocked head, or that baby face again. I only have my memories, bittersweet as they maybe now, I will cherish them. I will cherish them as I cherished every moment you spent with me. I will miss seeing you lay amongst the shoes, or tripping over you in the kitchen. I'll miss seeing you wait for me to finish my milk, so you could have your share. I'll miss finding you hiding under the covers at the edge of the bed. I will miss everything about you. The house has grown silent, without you thundering around, or bawling. Since the very first day I brought you home, you brought joy to me. From the first day you barked, despite the fact you where a cat, to the last day you beat your toys to death, thinking they'd get you.. I will cherish my memories as I cherished you my baby. I can only hope that I may hold you again in the after life.... so that I may one day.... fill this gapping hole.... That you left. Mischief 11 wonder years... I'll miss you.... as you left a hole in my heart June 20, 2004 & a special thank you to jonbg1 for the gift... when I put it in my wishlist and you bought it, I never thought I'd ever use it like this. A very touching tribute, it screams out the pain and the loss. Having lost two dogs and a cat, I remember the sorrow, and I think I understand what you feel. May he rest in peace.

What a touching image! If it helps at all, even after ten years I still feel my Fuzzy jump into bed on cold nights. I know in my heart she will always be there, if not only to keep her alive in my memories, but to keep my feet and heart warm.

Don't think I can say anything that wouldn't be an echo of all the above comments. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss...he will never truly be gone as he lives on in your fond memories.

A heartfelt and touching tribute. I have been there myself it has been almost 3 years since I could trip over them in the kitchen. But that has all changed now and once again I have a cat in my house
