It is from an Aquarium, shot through a very thick glass wall. He/she was just laying there, resting against the glass.

Oh you just reminded me it is turtle season here, meaning they come to our beaches to lay their eggs! Hmmmm maybe I will go for a midnight stroll? Excellent shot! Looks like the ones that nest here on our beaches too! Excellent! You did wonderfully through the glass! :)
