My crepe mytle is starting to bloom, only it is a white one. This is pretty neat. I can honestly say that I have never tried this because my sunglasses are prescription lenses. But it sounds like you're having fun with this idea.

super-fantastic colors!!! I haven't tried using a polarizer for macros yet. Looks wonderful! The shape of those leaves remind me a lot of romaine lettuce...except in magenta of course!

Have you ever tried rubbing vaseline on a piece of glass and using that for a filter? It gives it a soft focus. Pretty neat, and affordable. :o) way to go for the inventor! It's beautiful.
