Wanted to enter this in this month's challange, but i started to late and it took too long to render :(
for this no plugins were used, and there's over 100 sufaces layers. TFV&C!

I ever thought that I use many surface layers for my pics. But more than 100 is reylla too much. Most of them are not to be seen. The sky is very nice. :-)

over 100 surfaces? well, I just can't see them... it can't be seen. Also this strata could be a little bit less strong, especially in the lower parts. Besides this, terrain is very good and interesting, and the sky is pretty nice :)

Maybe i'm not clear. the strata IS the layers. The strata overlay plugin was not used.

Nice colours - I once thought of doing that with the strata, but gave up completely!

what am amazing effort to make, and in my opinion it paid off...wonderful strata here and superb colours...excellent image! and utak3r...you just cant see them...well, uhhhhhh, that's the whole point, to blend them...and I dont think it's too strong...I have seen you make what I consider to be bluntly critical comments before, considering your experience and time here after looking at your gallery...I have never made a personal statement before about anyone here, you're the first here to push my buttons enough for me to do so...
