I'm not perfectly sure what this is. I suppose that it is a small ichneumon fly (a small wasp that injects its eggs into other insects).

Most excellent shot my friend, love the flower too !! I've discovered that there are zillions of wasp and bee subspecies, its almost impossible to be sure of the exact species. Unless its a very common one ofcourse :o) Excellent work !!!

Sharp and detailed shot, looks indeed like some wasp. But it is like Enmos says; hard to determine/identify.
