Description

Buller River Westland, New Zealand. From the source of this river at Lake Rotoiti in the Nelson Lakes region to the Tasman sea it spans approximately 170 miles. I have seen this river rise 40-50 feet in height in full flood, not so tranquil then. The longest river in New Zealand is the Waikato, which is in the other country (North Island) about 400 miles in length. Thanks for looking, and comments always welcome. Canon AE-1 Program and Kodak 200 film.
