great job ur image is very stunning and the best thing in ur project is lighting I wish if u told us what u use in lights and reder engine. i wish if i have the max file :)

thanks for the comments, the images are rendered with max default engine, all the downlights in the model are shadow map omi lights placed a few minimetres below the ceiling with short range attenuation so that they only shine for themselves and ceiling. The space is actually shadowed and brighten up by a few spot and omi lights placed inside and outside the apartment. The spot lights washing down the wall consist of two separate spot lights with slightly different angle and attentuation.
