The bliss is great - but I don't like the things in the foreground at all, sorry... I mean, it looks interesting, of course - but the texture is warped and the water looks like aluminuim foil... I'm a friend of realism Terragen pictures - maybe someone who prefers surrealism does really like your picture ;-)

A 'tie-dyed' image. I consider this more of a design than a landscape; however, it is creative...and, that is what artists do: they create! I like your overlay in the foreground.

now I think I know why most images like this don't have a foreground :) The water looks sooo wierd. Maybe making the foreground's overlay higher concentrated would help. That is a neat bliss effect and I like the glow on the far shore especially.
