Of course I know where, judging by the shoreline, I know when. Actually this is a good image for many reasons: Its crisp clean detail captures movement, yet no blur. And most important, it captures the moment a dog and his companion, out having some fun and R&R. Great paddle-wheel in the background, bonus.

A great shot... and I know of what you speak. I have taken several pics that are not exactly great artistically, but great in that they well convey something special, as does the above which, by the way, "ain't that bad".
