I really like this! The dragon is superb and the water effects totally stunning. The lighting is very nice and brings everything together very well with the background :) I love the way the metalwork on the dress rendered. The posing is nice, but it looks like she really should be holding on to something with one of her hands! I'm not wild about the character face, feels plastic, but since you were deliberately going for the deformed Japanese character style, I can't really fault you there. :) Very well done! :)
