That's a good PoV. I'm afraid you should work on levels - shadows look not quite good... Besides this it's a very good picture :)

Eoin the rock surfaces are multicoloured with very low fractal noise, perhaps the gamma correction in psp has accentuated this

This definitely has promise. Try making the green more pastel, not quite so bright.
