A planet of my own I'm thinking of developing. Water is library, apart from a couple of tweaks - everything else is mine... What;s the best way to change the sky colour, and not have it alter the moon's shading/shadow? tfv&c

Nice choice of color for the terrain, it works well with the shadows/lighting. Water is looking good also..

The terrain is looking great. Have you tried altering the gradient ?

Very nice colours! I quite like the colour of the atmo like it is BTW. Looking forward to seeing how you'll developp the planet :-)

Beautiful work. Those are wonderful mats you've developed and the terrains pretty cool too ;) With the sky it depends to what extent you want to change things. As Anne suggested adjusting the gradient for the sky colour could work. Looking at the blue colouring of the more mountainous regions you might also find it effective to adjust the ambient, as another option :)

This is really looking cool, I am so jealous of the rate at which you picked up on Mojo!

Planet fantasies lead me to spherical harmonics and the Prussian environment that spawned them. They've been used with the moon. Some other yet revealed nuances of gravity and material strength are necessary to structure the face of an unknown. Water is the amusing thing being always seen as homogenous throughout 2/3 of the earth. Looking for that one H2O that is different. Not on the band wagon. Not just along for the ride.

Try adjusting the atmosphere color..If you don't change the sunlight, it shouldn'r effect the moon.. I'd also try adjusting the ambient light, or even disable it. (change it to black)
