Description

Today I would like to present once two pictures to you. First is provided and in the Photoimpact worked on the original picture, everything with Terragen. Since my compact clouds always do not please you so much, I applied a copy with www.Karlsruher Wolkenatlas.de to this picture. And now I would be strained on your opinions and comments! Heute m

erstere Version geflt mir sehr viel besser. das licht macht einfach mehr Stimmung als ein Foto, dass mit der szenen beleuchtung nicht so richtig ereinstimmt. gebe auch MoppelundWilli recht: im linken bereich sieht man den ergang vom terrain zum foto zu stark. deshalb erscheint das terrain 'abgeschnitten'. wenn ich fotos im postwork einsetze versuche ich sie immer in die gegebene beleuchtung zu integrieren. meine meinung: die erste version ist so klasse, dass sie eigentlich gar kein postwork nig hat :)

I like the the first one but the second presents some unique clouds and mood. Excellent work on both.

I do love the canyon, but it is hard to compare the first clouds to the second. The second are interesting and fun, but seem a bit of a gimmick with the mirror effect. The first seem a bit thick and vague. I vote for the first which look more natural overall. BTW, very nice render, surfaces and overall image.

Beautiful sunset, great terrain & strata. I prefer the 1st version for clouds, the 2nd one looks too unnatural, but maybe you should use 2D clouds instead of 3D, they look more real in 2D.Great work Petra.

Auch mir geflt die unbearbeitete Version besser - und sogar richtig gut! Hab' auch kein Problem mit den dicken 3d Wolken - 2d Wolken sehen in Terragen vielleicht realistischer aus aber hfig auch uninteressanter. Entscheide einfach von Bild zu Bild welche Wolken du gerne htest und denk immer daran: Man kann es sowieso nie jedem recht machen...
