Heeeee's Baaack! (sorta) Image is pure MojoWorld.
Sorry it has been so long. Shortly after I posted the Flight Ops render, the motherboard in the render machine was damaged.
Note: Be careful with the AGP slots and
cards--there is more than one spec out
there (1x/2x - V1.0 & 4x/8x V 2.0) and
they are NOT compatible as I learned
the hard way). Seems the 4x/8x cards use
3.3V instead of 5v power (in the case of
my card I tried to upgrade to).
I also had the project workload spike and some friends asked for help with their computers.
Final tally is five new or upgraded computers, a rebuilt render machine, a new network, and an upgraded network (mine).
I also picked up a copy of LW 7.5 on eBay, so I'm starting through the tutorials on that this long weekend.
