April lies in bed, still haunted by her dream. What did it mean? Who had been struggling for breath beside her? Was it Emma? Was it a Vixen? She climbs out of bed and gets dressed. She stands for a moment at the window, letting the cool breeze caress her face, washing away all fear left behind by the nightmare. She glances westward, towards the Vixen Temple, and instantly her mind is made up. She leaves the window and heads downstairs. Katerina stands at the front door, gazing out at the cloudless moonlit night. "Can't sleep?" April asks quietly and touches the old lady's shoulder. Katerina looks at April and smiles, looking slightly embarrassed. "No," she says. "I went to bed a few hours ago but...I keep thinking about Amy. It's such a tragedy...to bury one so young." April nods and an awkward silence falls between them. They spend a few moments looking out at the wasteland, the towering mountain range silhouetted against the starry night sky. "What about you?" Katerina asks. "You look like you're about to go somewhere." "I am," April replies. "I had a dream about Lucistra. I'm going back to the Temple. I have to try and rescue some more girls." "You're very courageous. But remember Amy's promise to Sinistra - other girls may have made the same vow. They will come here only so that they may go back and tell her where you're hiding." "I know," April says. "But I have to take that chance. I think my dream was a warning. Lucistra might be back, and she might be hurting someone..."
