Description

I'm finished with the modeling but not quite happy with the composition - suggestions most welcome! The lamp is based on a IKEA lamp from last years collection. The armchair to the left is totally made up and the smaller chair to the right is based on an unknown piece of furniture a have at home.

well, although, as u said, the composition is not quite a happy choice, i must congratulate u on your excellent modelling and texturing. as for the composition - wouldn't it be better if the lamp (a vertical dominant) be placed rather besides and a little behind (but not completely behind) the armchair? the way it is now, placed in front, it takes away the glamour of the furniture. Just an opinion :) anyway, u got great skill with C4D

A well modelled scene indeed. The problem is the lamp pulls the eye direct to the center, if you try to offset it a bit, when it pulls they eye, the eye will cross the scene more

I have nog changed the composition a bit.. moved the lamp back and added a 3rd chair.
