Those who surf (and especially those who make) this kind of a photo ~ DO take note ... the background doesn't destroy this portrait with messes, touritsts, tents and advertising logos ... and the depth of field is exactly right (instead of painting & cloning out the bottom foreground plants, or avoiding them with a camera angle shift, which would be the typical good moves, in this shot it would actually be real feasible to remove them now, however they amazingly add a nice note here and they can stay - to keep them and the portrait working well, requires exactly this depth of field) ... this is an actually calm and pleasing, GOOD portrait of a vintage auto in its entirety, and that is extremely refreshing to see!

Love the shot! It is a beautiful car. Interesting comment above. I usually change a photo only with extreme problems that are easily fixed - otherwise do not show them at all if it takes too much to make it presentable. Good show.

Probably the nicest thing about this photo is how it portrays the glass as brand new without even a hint of tobacco or sun fog. That it captures the end of an era is a shining example of Victorian truth. Behold the flagship of inline splash lubricated power!
