Composition and lighting are excellent, my only comment is that those are freshwater fish swimming in saltwater :) Otherwise an excellent piece!

To follow up the rest... indeed a nice POV! only the thing missing in this picture as I see it, is a main subject. My eyes go round in the picture and see the divers...but they end in the middle...in the big nothing... Maybe this is what you want to show us, the big see. By using direction of the fish...stones.. bubbles and all you can lead the eye through the picture to land on your main subject.... a diver or a detailed fish or something. just my 2 cts, Rogier
