Description
Just another Sci-Fi render. Trying for some DOF with Terragen (done in pw - not sure if you can see it here - the image is much reduced from the original.).
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to look and for any comments/rankings!
Apparently, my monitor at work is on it's way out, because when I got home and saw what this image looked like on a good monitor, I freaked! I've now uploaded the image the way it's supposed to look.

The sun and haze are excellent the surface could have used a bit more work, but then again that would have taken away from the haze and sun Superb render.

The problem with that kind of DOF is that it makes your terrain look like a toy terrain. In that vast a picture, you will get clarity over practically the entire distance from near to infinity, even when you have your lens wide open.

another late post here but I was doing the tuts on shawdows from you and decided to browse your gallery (thank you ) glad that I did indeed--eeeeeeeee lol what a woderful lovely piece of art this is wow big vote better late than never huh??
