Amazing lighting on this. The addition of a bit of red light (from the fire) would add a bit more realism, however, it is still very well done. I like how full the scene is and the poses. They look like a happy group of adventurers. Great job!!

Wonderful composition, lighting and atmosphere.
I think you should have added some colour to the clothes of the woman wearing the 'Mistress of Magic' outfit.
Excellent render, anyway.
