really good work!! only thing that bothers me is the eyes, beside that, great!!! ,, about the eyes thou, they need a little bit more "life", it looks like [in my opinion] the eyes are just part of the texture, you could try to add a tad bit more detail around the eyes and add a ball mesh as an eye and texture it, that would make this image a 10 ,, keep up the good work!! :-)

Looks good. :) My college has one of those fish in one of the artrooms its a bloody dangerous big spiky thing :D the spikes have too sharp a transition between the main surfaces and spike base. I agree about the eye. great work anyway, under the correct lighting setup it could look extremly realsitic. Oh and remeber objects deep under water have virtualy 0 specularity.
