Very very beautiful. One thing though... it looks kind of flat, especially from where the sea starts and up. The flowers make it look a little extra flat I guess since they stand out so much and they look more drawn than the rest of the picture. I love the hair, the dress, the pose and the feeling of the whole picture, and the story seems like you've thought out a beginning of intrigues on this island where she lives or wherever it is :)

Really lovely! The "flatness" that savage speaks of is a rather charming contrast, I think. The main figure is rounded and realistic, while the rest is more illustration-style. It's an odd combination, but I like it. Very nicely done.

I think as 3d people, my self included, we sometimes strived to add depth to everything, but sometimes underestimate the beauty of more illustrated styles. I would love to see this brought into the real world as a print. I keep telling you you should be doing books.
