Description
In Puerto vallarta in 1994 I did some underwater surfing (scuba diving)
and found the beauty under the sea I had a picture but never did have it on a CD in those days I had no way of having on my hard drive so I sat it beside me and tried to paint it as I well as possible mind you its not perfect by no means but with the help of psp7 and using snowflakes for color and swirling and smudging and grass,rocks,etc this is the best I could to

I was there in 95, see missed you by only a year. EVIE,I beg your pardon, in my case beauty is bone chilling deep so I do expect an apology a.s.a.p Your image is bloody well fantastic (excuse my french) it has nice depth and the colors are outstanding. Even though you insulted my beauty I do feel that I must, "VOTE"
