I really like it...the realism is really good on everything except the chairs...which are way too blurred...the magazine/paper looks funny too...but it's okay. anywayz...I still like it....perhaps a 1280x1024 version please?

Agree, that the chairs (may) be a bit too blurry. Still an awesome render in my opinion! Excellent textures and lighting. I sure couldn't make anything as real!

Thanks for your comments. As for the blurryness, unfourtunately the DOF settings in truespace are quite hard to master and are sometimes inconsistant. It doesnt look as bad in print though for some reason.

Very, very nice! Maybe you could do the DOF effects in postwork instead of doing it in tS. It does seem a little too strong here. Other than that, the picture is wonderful!

Very nice work. I agree with Sue88, (as usual), The DOF is a little strong but the whole image is a treat for the eyes :o)

I'll have to agree on the DOF. I usually like the effect but there seem to be some strange inconsistencies in this example. I think the lighting is very nice though. Interesting POV as well. All in all, a very nice render.

Excellent work. DOF is really hard to understand in TrueSpace.

Like i sayed in the Caligari Forum it looks like a shot from a dolls house (not to understand wicked :)) and at this relation the DOF isn't strange. A kind of macro shot, looks great :)

DOF in most 3D apps is sketchy at best as it's usually approximating an effect that occurs 'naturally' thru a lens...very good work and keep testing with DOF as when it's gotten down does wonders for realism. This is a very fine render, am I correct to assume you modelled all objects as well?, if not a list of credits would be nice, at least in the write up...we like to know...LOL..Maybe a bit of grunge on the table would also be in order, but that may be me imposing my slovenly lifestyle on everyone again, heh heh heh,tho I do think I detect some 'cup rings' to the right of the cups so that's cool.I really like the over all light colour...very real...keep it up peace bobby stahr

thanks bobby lol. Yeab there are some cup rings in there although the table shine hides them abit. Everything was moddelled by me except the plant which i downloaded somewhere to save time.
