The highlights on the hair and cloth are fantastic, but I think the contrast between the soft and misty painted parts and the sharp and crisp render is a bit too much. Some more blurring on characters and background, and some sharper edges especially on the cloth, then this image would be more balanced.
Composition and lighting are very good. All in all, great job!
