nearly spectacular realism, although, IMO it needs a little more hustle and bustle or a little more of an abandoned atmosphere. It looks empty but not deserted as it is. Perhaps contacting one of the many poser artists here for some lo-res people if you don't already have Poser yourself.

Excellent work! Your texture work is superb!!! I agree with airlynx, wouldn't hurt to throw in a few lo-res poser people. But this is outstanding work!! And thank you for the insets, especially the pre render without textures, always a pleasure to see the work before and after.

Think it's great. The concrete material is pefect and these train tanks look perfect. Just "use" this boat for a couple of years :) to get some rust on it and some wires and knots would do just fine.

The crane and the tug look indeed a bit clean to me, and maybe you should try a rainy atmosphere, but nevertheless a good picture.

I find this very good. Maybe the boat is a little too clean

the boat and the crane are too clean for a realism picture. rust it up some and i would put some lo res poser models in there like airlynx said. and i would make the atmosphere less "bright" like put an overcast sky or an dusk/dark atmosphere. but ur dock looks perfect and the water. hehe good pic overall

Excellent work in progress ...Agree with previous comments about texturing but sure it's not finished ... may be one thing... not sure about the size of the boat ... Don't you find it a little big compared to the train or the vespa model ? ... In my scenes I use a simple technique to get the right scale. I insert a simple character in different positions of the scene ... this help to see if it fits with the environnement ... But sure I'm looking forward for the next step ... Congrats ...

Fantastic work. It's nice to see an image in the Realism gallery that's actually realistic. Great! vote

Golem my friend:-) Great work needs a few more details tho e.g. a seagul, some people, maybe even some oil or rubish in the water and I agree that the boat and crane are to clean some rust would help them look more real. But it is still a great image and I'll look forward to the next upload!

I agree with Mr. GoD. I also think the haze is too blue. It should probably be closer to brown. Well Done
