Hello and Welcome to my Homepage, here at Renderosity.
My name is Vikki aka KanDu.
BIOI am a 46 year old artist, living near Los Angeles, and I have lived here, my entire life. I have been married 28 years. I have 2 grown children. I enjoy art in many different mediums. My latest passion for the last 5 years, is digital/graphic art.
I invite you to view some of my original pieces, here in my Renderosity Gallery.
I have a few item's for sale here at Renderosity, in my store, I invite you to check them out.

Artist's Statement
I work mainly in a 2-D forum. I use the program from Jasc called, Paint Shop Pro, and version 7 is my preferred version. I would say most of my work borders on the Folk Art, Americana, and Country style. Every piece I make starts with a blank white canvas and I build from the bottom up. I do alot of mouse painting.
I also write poetry and have been published twice. I also enjoy photography and have had one of my photographs published in a book as well.
I have a couple of website's inside MSN. One is called KanDu Designs, and the other is called The Elephant Site, Check them both out sometime.
You can find the link for KanDu Designs, under all of my Gallery pictures.
The Elelphant Site's Link is http://groups.msn.com/TheElephantSite
*My accomplishments here at Renderosity:
I was interviewed by the staff here and it was published in the Renderosity Interactive Magazine or RIM. March/April 2004 - [Volume 3/Issue 1]
**My proudest moment's at Renderosity, have been meeting fellow artists, and making some wonderful new friends.
Hope you enjoy viewing my work.
Thank you for stopping by today.
ENJOY!

You know, that question comes up a lot for me..I try to go without and think of the monitor as a frame..but hey..it's what you want and this doesn't distract from your fine painting!

As Evie said, and I keep saying, put these out there!!!! Take this to a health-care place or a barbershop or a childrens nursery, You will be suprised at how well they are accepted. This is your style, it screams's KANDU! Put a few out as gifts or Consignment, Vikki. You will be rewarded, satisfaction first, money later, if desired. Dave :^>
