This is the real Jaeger, our First Cat. It's as close as I'm prepared to go to a self-portrait - however much I like taking photos, I hate being on the other side of the lens.BIOMost of what I shoot ends up as composites or artwork with one or more cats in the frame somewhere. I find them amazing subjects for photography, always giving me a new expression or pose.
So any creativity I happen to show is thanks to Jaeger, Ebony and Sheba, who are my inspiration and my joy. And who are incredibly funny.

Isn't that the truth! They only tolerate us because we hold the key to the mysterious workings of the can opener. I can just hear the "feed me or I'll spit up a hairball on your dinner plate". Wonderful image. The look and the can opener says it all.
