Description

Shamal : hot and dry, dusty wind from the north or northwest in Iraq, Iran, and the Arabian Peninsula. In June and July it blows almost continuously, but usually under 50 km (about 30 miles) per hour. The wind causes great dust storms, especially in July. Sometimes it's good to be back in Scotland.....

Yeah! It looks windy there!
Good composition and lighting.
Very good postwork.
I prefer the climate where I live. Not much wind, plenty of sun and some rain from time to time. 8-)

The Shamal plays hell with radio equipment sue to the static feilds caused by the blowing sand. July in Iraq is teh suck. Beautiful picture though! The composition has a very dramatic cinematic feel to it.

This blows!! LOL!! Seriously, the wind effects are just perfect-I love the hair and the crests of the dunes! Her complexion is gorgeous-I guss it's all the sandblasting!! LOL!!! EXCELLENT work!! VOTE!
