This is a nice start. The only thing that I see is the space between the left rear tire and the ground giving it a floating appearance.

This is a common problem with Poser renders...her left elbow has way too much crease to it. I've found the easiest way to get rid of that is a little post-work in Photoshop, using the smudge and smooth tools. Does wonders for the final result. Other than that, and what RGrace mentioned, nice work!
