Description

This is what the FokkerDR1 was meant to do. I have clear skies and great clouds due to the tutelage of Orbital. This sky, and my pitiful little lighting formula, make this a totally fun image. I'm ready to rock now. Let's fly. Triplane and pilot modeled in Wings. Render Bryce 5. Slight radial blur added to propeller in Photoshop CS. No other postwork. (edit: This representation has the propeller much more blurred than the first image.)

servo: I understand, and I made the appropriate changes. I left the thumbnail original, but this image is redone.

Cool! The chage to the prop adding more blur really sells the illusion of motion well!

Cool stuff! The only thing you need to change is the scale of the pilot, he looks a little too big for the the plane, other than that, excellent work.

A lonely impulse of delight Drove to this tumult in the clouds; I balanced all, brought all to mind, The years to come seemed waste of breath, A waste of breath the years behind In balance with this life, this death. - Yeats - Thank you "Red Baron Waldomac for this picture.
