I love these images that are Poser figures imported to C4D (or Max or Maya). The renderers produces a different "feel" to the P4/5 renderer that is so much more detailed and realistic.

shakes is right, 12 hours sounds a bit too much, you should be able to tweak your settings quite a lot. Oh, and nice work :)
