Beautifully done - There is a classic side effect to the use of the filters or pulgins you used - in this case the small white artifax - If you magnify & smug warp blur whatever tool suits you ever so lightly you will see this makes a big difference - from helpful comments 101 :)

This is so crisp and clean and full of energy! It is an exqusite image, Rodolfo! And... if it's okay with you... I'd like to print it and show it to my mother. She's French... and she's always been partial to La Fleur de Lis! An excellent work and it gets my vote! :)
