Description

Billions of years ago a rocky asteroid shaped like a potato, collided with a smaller asteroid, which changed its orbit. It was captured by the gravitational pull of Mars and became one of its two moons, the mysterious moon Deimos. The asteroid is a Bryce stone with one cone for the smoke and three for the fire. Scene was created and rendered in Bryce, postwork for the Mars glow and for the cosmic background. Mars texture by M. Rossi. This is the second scene I did with Mars.
